●製品について

　ご注文を頂いたのち、日本国内にて、熟練の職人の下で製作しております。そのため、お届けまでにお時間を頂く場合がございます。

●MAVERI Craftsmanship

MAVERI takes pride in working with Japan’s talented artisans and craftsmen. Because each item is individually crafted and inspected with care, it may take some time until your order is delivered to you.

●発送について

　各商品の発送までに要する期間については、商品詳細ページをご参照ください。ただし、カスタムオーダー品の納期については、お客様のご要望を踏まえ決定いたします（目安：１〜３ヶ月）。

なお、上記にかかわらず、資材調達・製造状況等により、発送時期が前後する可能性があります。発送が完了しましたら、自動送信メールにてお知らせいたします。

●Shipping

Please see the item site of each MAVERI item for information about delivery dates.

MAVERI will decide the delivery date of custom-order items upon consultation with each customer.

Notwithstanding the above, the delivery date may be changed due to unforeseen events or manufacturing schedules.

Customers will be notified via email when your MAVERI item has been shipped.

●送料について

　一律800円です。ただし、本体価格（税抜）が20,000円以上の場合は、送料無料となります。また、複数の商品を同時にご注文いただいた場合は、原則、送料はまとめて800円となります。

●Shipping Fees (Domestic)

Shipping fee is 800 yen. However, free shipping is available for all orders over 20,000 yen. If you order more than one item at once, the shipping fee will be a total of 800 yen for all of your orders.

●ご注文のキャンセルと変更について

　お客様都合による注文のキャンセル及び変更は承れません。予めご了承ください。

●Canceling and Amending Orders

You may not cancel or amend orders once they are formally placed.

●返品について

　商品の返品は、以下の場合を除きお受けできません。予めご了承ください。

　・お届けした商品がご注文内容と異なっていた場合

　・お届けした商品が破損・損傷していた場合

　※誤発送および製品不良の場合は、送料は弊社にて負担いたします。

　※商品発送日より14日以内にお申し出いただいた場合のみ、対応させていただきます。

●Returns

Item returns are allowed only in the following cases and only if you contact MAVERI within 14 days of shipping:

MAVERI delivered an item which you did not order.
The item was damaged or defective at the time of delivery.

* MAVERI will pay for the return shipping fees in the above cases.

●交換について

　お客様都合による交換をご希望の場合、下記条件をすべて満たした場合のみお受けいたします。

　・未使用の状態

　・ギャランティカード及び、商品の付属品全てが揃っている状態

　・文字彫りやエンボス加工がされていない状態

　・商品発送日より14日以内にCONTACTにお申し出いただいた場合

　・同一デザイン、もしくは同額以上の商品への交換にご了承いただいた場合

※商品は、お受け取り時と同じ状態になるようジュエリーを箱に入れ、付属していたものすべてをご用意ください。

※お客様都合による商品交換にかかる送料は、お客様の負担となります。

※交換の場合、在庫がある場合には早急に交換商品を発送いたします。交換する商品によっては、製作にお時間を頂戴する場合がございます。

※交換対応となった場合は、お送りいただいた商品の到着を確認後、交換商品を発送いたします。

※商品写真は、お使いのデバイスによりサイズ・カラー・雰囲気等が実際の商品と異なる様に感じる場合がございますので、予めご了承ください。

●Replacing Items

MAVERI will only replace items if all of the following conditions are met and only if you contact MAVERI within 14 days of shipping:

The item is unused.
All accessories enclosed with the product (including the guarantee card) are returned.
The product was not customized for you in any way (including engravings or embossed).
You consent to replacing the item with the same product or a product of a higher grade.

●アフターサービスについて

　サイズ直し・修理・クリーニングなど（有償・無償を含む）をご希望の方は、CONTACTまでお問い合せください。

※MAVERIにてご購入いただいた商品に限り承ります。
※商品の状態やご希望内容によっては、承れない場合もございますので、予めご了承ください。
※お送りいただく際は、配送中の事故や紛失を防ぐ為、商品の厳重な梱包及び、配送番号が確認出来る方法にてお願い致します。送料はお客様のご負担となる場合がございます。

●Customer Support

Please reach out to MAVERI via CONTACT for re-sizing, repairs or cleaning of MAVERI items.

MAVERI will only provide customer support for items made and sold by MAVERI.

MAVERI is not able to provide support in all cases.

Please take care when shipping your item to MAVERI customer support. Shipping fees may be incurred by the customer.

●リングサイズの表記について

　以下をご参照ください。

※デザインにより、同じ号数でも異なる着用感となる場合もございます。例えば、幅の広いリングの場合は、普段と同サイズですと小さく感じるケースがございます。

●Ring Sizes

Please refer to the below chart for ring sizes.

The fit of your MAVERI ring may differ even among the same sizes according to its design. For example, a wide ring may feel tighter than narrower rings.

●パール製品について

・MAVERIのすべてのパールは天然のものを使用しております。そのため、大きさや形状に個体差があり、自然由来のくぼみ（エクボといいます）や小さなキズなどがあることもございます。素材の特性として愛でていただければ幸いです。

・パール1つ1つの個性を見極め、強度や着用時のバランスに配慮して、穴開け、ペアリングをしております。そのため、ペア商品でも、穴の位置や形が微妙に異なる場合がございます。
